Friday rule: The Friday Property reel always teases the YouTube video publishing that week. End with: "Full breakdown on the channel — link in bio."
Sunday rule: Swap format to weekly wrap — "3 most important lessons from this week." Tease next week. Soft follow CTA only.
Review these every week — takes 20 minutes. CPL over £3 means test new ad creative immediately. YouTube view duration under 35% means the hook needs reworking. Discovery calls are the direct revenue signal — everything else feeds into them.
